RETURNS AND REFUNDS.
If the item does not conform to the description, we offer a full refund for the entire order.
Provided that:
1. It is requested within 10 days of the product's arrival to the recipient.
2. The item must still be as good as new; it will be thoroughly checked by our experts to be put back on sale at reduced prices.
3. The item will be refunded within 7 working days after the accurate check has been carried out.
RETURNS FOR PERSONAL REASONS
If the return is due to personal reasons of the buyer, we apply the following solutions:
Solution 1
If the product is intact but the customer wants to return it, 50 euros will be deducted for shipping costs.
The product must be returned in perfect and resalable condition.
The refund will be issued within 7–10 working days.
Solution 2
If the size was chosen incorrectly, it is necessary to pay 45 euros for the new shipment.
The product must be returned in perfect and resalable condition.
We will arrange a new shipment.
